We know that food grown on healthy land with healthy farming is healthy food. We act as stewards of this land, caring for its health to support

Our family immigrated here from Haiti after suffering under the several dictators. The fled to create a better life. They came here and worked several factory jobs and put themselves through school to build a life for their family.

They endured the daily grind to put their children in the best schools and teach them values, responsibility, integrity, and the importance of family. .

Our inspiration for our company is exemplified by the symbol of the Haitian Citadel.

The symbolism of strength, protection, and perseverance of a people that were determined to not be defeated.

It's a beacon of light to remind us that we are not alone and many of us have symbols of strength in our lives.

My dad is that symbol of strength for me. I did my best to stay strong in front of my dad, but anxiety and insomnia took a hold of me after he passed. I needed relief and eventually realized that my dad would not want me to stay in my state.
